Mobile App Improvements
Starting March 26, you’ll now be able to deposit multiple checks through the app once!
This latest update brings many improvements, including allowing our mobile app users to deposit multiple checks conveniently using the Remote Deposit Capture Service. Additionally, we’ve made subtle enhancements to the user interface for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring a seamless and intuitive banking experience.
Please note that this update will only apply to members using the following operating system versions:
- Apple: iOS version 14.x and higher
- Google: Android version 10 and higher
If you’re currently on the supported operating system and find the new features unavailable, please visit the Apple Store or Google Play Store to download the latest version (2024.01) of the Horizon Credit Union Mobile App.

Important Note for Android Users – Enhanced Security Measure: App Access Restriction
- We’ve implemented a new security enhancement in our commitment to fortify the security of our member’s personal information and thwart any potential risks posed by unauthorized sources. Our mobile banking app will only initiate if downloaded directly from the official Google Play Store. This proactive measure ensures that members are shielded from the potential hazards of inadvertently accessing compromised versions of our app from external sources.
