New ITM at the Moses Lake Branch

At Horizon, we’re all about you — the member. So any time we have an opportunity to expand our support and services we jump on it! For a few months now, we’ve been working on a special installation at the Moses Lake branch to bring you personalized member service outside of normal branch hours. The new interactive teller machine, or ITM, is now open for business.

What is an ITM?

An ITM is like an ATM with modern upgrades. Instead of only clicking buttons, an ITM gives you the option to video call with a teller right from your car. The teller can answer questions, provide assistance and help you complete banking transactions just the way they would in-person. (And if you’re not feeling human interaction that day, you can always insert your debit card and use the machine like a plain ol’ ATM. We won’t judge you.)

What Can You Do at an ITM?

At an ITM you can do just about everything you can do with a teller in a branch:

  • make deposits
  • withdrawals
  • loans payments
  • cash checks
  • transfer money

Plus, using the video call function allows you to withdraw higher dollar amounts than you could at a normal ATM — super handy when you’re buying a used car or making some other large payment in cash.

ITM Service Hours

One great thing about our ITMs is that they’re open longer than our branches. We understand you may not have to visit a branch in-person during your workday. But with an ITM, you can get the same member service you would receive in branch at any time during the hours listed below:

Weekdays: 7 am – 7 pm PT / 8 am – 8 pm MT

Saturday: 8 am – 12 pm PT / 9 am – 1pm MT
