Skip the Mail to Avoid Delays
With the holiday season in full swing, things can get a little hectic — including the mail! Between all the holiday cards and shipments, there’s a chance your payment could be delayed in transit, causing you to be charged a late fee.
Thankfully, we’ve got you covered! There are other ways to make a payment that are faster, safer and more convenient than dropping your payment in the mail. In fact, you never even have to leave the comfort of your warm home.
Pay Directly from Your Horizon Account
It’s simple. Just log in to your Horizon online or mobile banking and transfer funds directly to your credit card or loan account. Choose the payment option that works best for you:
- Auto payments: set up automatic payments for the minimum amount on the due date. Set it and forget it. There’s no need to worry about missing a payment!
- Recurring payments: select the day of the month you’d like to pay and how much.
- One-time payments: make a one-time payment whenever it’s most convenient for you.
Pay From Another Financial Institution
If your funds are with another bank or credit union, you can still easily make a payment. Just use our secure online service to pay from a non-Horizon account. To enroll you’ll need your member number, zip code and 3-digit loan number. You can find you 3-digit loan number in online or mobile banking next to Loan Title.
Take That Check to the Bank
Though it’s not as common, you can also take your payment to your local branch. We’d love to see you! Just make sure to check the branch hours and holiday closures before you make the trip.
Stay on Track and Avoid Fees
